Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel

To cancel a scheduled service appointment, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time via email at info@pulsarjets.com or by phone at +1 (413) 255-5808. Please have your booking confirmation number ready.

2. Cancellation Fees

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund, no fee

• Less than 24 hours notice: $25 cancellation fee deducted from refund

• No-show (technician arrives, no access): $49 cancellation fee

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at no charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is treated as a cancellation.

4. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

5. No Subscription to Cancel

All Pulsar Nets Networks services are one-time fees. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges to cancel. Each service booking is a separate one-time transaction.
